What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Hemp Horse wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and feel comfortable trying CBD products for your horse. For this reason we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied with your Hemp Horse order for any reason you can contact us within 45 days of placing your order for a full-refund. You will not have to return your product, and you’re free to use up the entire bottle before making a decision.
This refund policy is available on your first order only. On any subsequent orders we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement order unless your order was defective.
For any orders beyond your first order, refunds/returns are not available.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, however if you are unhappy for any reason with your first order, contact us within 45 days and we will refund your order including the cost of shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We ship any orders received by 11am that same day Monday-Friday. Orders received after 11am or on holidays or weekends are shipping the next business day. We ship most orders through USPS and orders take between 2-5 days in transit.
We ship from Jacksonville, Florida, so orders on the west coast will take closer to 5 days to be received.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more, and flat-rate shipping $7 for orders of $74.99 or less for the continental United States. There is an additional shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico which is calculated during checkout.
What is CBD?
CBD stands for cannabidiol, a naturally occurring component in industrial hemp and cannabis. As defined by the US Government, CBD is “a cannabinoid devoid of psychoactive effect.” So unlike CBD from marijuana plants, CBD from hemp plants (which our CBD Is derived) will NOT cause any psychoactive effect.
Where is your hemp/CBD sourced?
Our CBD comes from whole hemp extract from industrial hemp plants grown in Kentucky and is 100% compliant with Section 760 of the Farm Bill and Agricultural Appropriations Act.
How is your CBD from whole hemp extract different from CBD from hemp seed oil?
Standard hemp seed oil made from cold pressing the seed, while ours is extracted from the whole hemp plant. Hemp seed oil is missing most of the beneficial components found in our whole hemp plant extract. Hemp seed oil does not contain the naturally occurring terpenes, cannabinoids and other important components that make our CBD products so beneficial.
Are your products tested?
Yes, our products have all been tested by third party labs that analyze all of the hemp extracts and final products for; cannabinoid potency, terpenes, heavy metals, bacterial and microbial life, mycotoxins (fungus), and pesticides.
